This is not my story

Appearance Ellie is a beautiful, almost doll-like 17 year old girl, with dark blue hair she often keeps tied up and light blue eyes. She's very small and fragile-looking, only 5"3, and most notably, sometimes has a huge fucking sword sticking out of her gut. That's normal. Don't worry about that.
Abilities Ellie has two differing power sets. One of them is focused on support, her eyes glow with blue sparks and she can use healing abilities, generate shields and boost the strength of herself and those around her. This power has a time limit that if she overuses she'll become weak, and the bigger injuries she heals, the more pain she takes on herself. Ellie can also sense monsters or demons.

The second power set is... grosser. Ellie can seal the sword inside of her body, which can make her feel sickly and irritable, or she can rip it right out revealing the horrifying infinite shadow army sealed inside of her. This is a very bad idea but if you want to trigger a monster girl transformation and possibly get devoured by demons just let me know. At the moment she has poor control over her demonic powers and it will just send her into a feral rage, you might get chomped on or poisoned, but if she practices she'll be able to do things like travel through shadows and summon one or two weaker monsters to fight for her.

As you might imagine she's got hella voices in her head jesus it's noisy in here sorry mind-readers, sorry team bond.
About Ellie was just a simple nerd who loved stories of heroes and adventures, who was not at all prepared to become one herself. But when you turn out to be the 13th reincarnation of an ancient hero, they shove a sword in your hand and build a cult following around you and you just have to get on with it. Needless to say, Ellie's heroic adventure didn't quite work out for her. She'll be nervous and skittish around the subject and try to pretend that she isn't anything special PAY NOT ATTENTION TO THE SWORD, but excited to see any other heroes she can dote on. It's cool when it's other people. She just wants to be a normal girl and avoid as much pain and conflict as possible. Please like her she'll be nice she'll be whatever you want as long as you protect her.
